BACKGROUND& OBJECTIVE: Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor ( rhG-CSF) is effective in the prophylaxis and management of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia, but requires daily administration because of its short half-life. 背景与目的:重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(rhG-CSF)是防治肿瘤化放疗引起的中性粒细胞减少症的有效药物,但半衰期短,需每日给药。
Conclusion: Following the use of 131I dose increasing per gram thyroid, uptake ratios with therapeutic dose shows decreasing trend, but the 131I dose has no effect on the effective half-life. 结论:随着131I用量增加,治疗量吸131I率呈下降趋势,但131I剂量对Teff没有明显影响。
